A Chartered Structural Engineer with a wealth of experience in structural timber design.

As well as being Technical Director of ECC Timber Engineering Limited, Frank is also head of the company’s structural engineering consultancy namely, ECC Consulting Engineers.

Apart from being involved in general structural design and engineering works Frank, has been involved for over 40 years in the design of numerous timber structures ranging from simple trussed rafter roofs to extremely intricate and complex engineered timber structures.
